Asus new 14inch laptop is lighter than Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon

Asus new 14inch laptop is lighter than Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon at the side of a slew of other computer bulletins at this year, asus has unveiled a good-looking-looking 14inch “commercial employer pocket book” that it claims is the sector’s lightest — weighing in at absolutely 2.3 pounds.

That’s lighter than even lenovo’s 2017 think pad x1 carbon (2.five pounds) which also has a 14-inch display and is definitely considered one of our favourite new laptops around.
However what makes this asus pro b9440 a commercial enterprise pocket book as opposed to, you already know, simply an normal pc? properly, no longer whatever really, aside from the reality it has a magnesium-alloy chassis to keep it lightweight similarly to long lasting. (honestly some element you’d want in any laptop). Asus factors to its spill-resistant keyboard as some factor so as to make sure that “small spills don’t effect on productivity” and  this does as a minimum sound like an awesome idea for business enterprise — subsequent time you’re scuffling with your way thru high-powered negotiations, without a doubt stare hard at your opponents while pouring espresso without delay onto your keyboard as a show of dominance  surely, warren but fett swears by way of it.
Truely, even though, that is only a capable and compact pc, with the “employer” branding actually there to excuse its as an alternative drab stylings (that doesn’t suggest it seems horrible  pretty find it irresistible myself — it’s virtually no longer very flashy. ) In phrases of specifications, you get the selection of 8gb or 16gb of lpddr3 ram, at the identical time as storage maxes out at a 512gb m.2 ssd.

The display is complete hd and there’s also a fingerprint sensor to keep your fantastic mystery enterprise files comfortable and all in all, not a bad bundle, and we sit up straight for attempting out it out at enterprise.
